For each of our clients we build a database containing details of every item of the electrical, fire alarm and data installation at their sites (everything from type and location of distribution board, to type of doorbell).
This means that when our engineers come to site, they are armed with all of the information and equipment they need to fix a problem there and then, with no repeat visits required.
All callouts and details of every visit are logged in our database. This means that we build a history for each site and helps us to be proactive in spotting patterns and underlying problems.
We give our clients remote access to track their calls, see details of visits and engineers, and even costs.
All of our maintenance works are directly supported by a service level agreement and we provide reports tailored to each client’s requirements, so that our performance can be measured.
